Zhenqin Wu Ceases to be CFO of China Merchants

Zhenqin Wu has resigned as the Chief Financial officer of China Merchants Property Development Co. Ltd.
 
Wu, 54, was responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management.
 
Wu is a certified senior accountant and graduated from the Marine Transportation Department of Shanghai Maritime College with Bachelor’s Degree. 
 
Currently she’s the general manager of the Auditing Department of CM Group. Once she was head of accounting department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, head of accounting department of Ministry of Communication Vessel Inspection Bureau, general manager of accounting department of CMSIZ, and chief finance office of the Company.
