Xiaoying Lu is interim CFO at Renhuang Pharmaceuticals

Renhuang Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and distributor of botanical products, bio-pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicines, has appointed Xiaoying Lu as its interim chief financial officer, while the company seeks a permanent replacement.

Lu will be responsible for managing all financial functions, including, financial management, reporting, risk management and managing the financial budget, while Renhuang continues to search for a new CFO. Upon his or her appointment, Lu will transition to the role of an Assistant to the CFO to ensure a seamless transition.

Lu graduated from Harbin Institute of Economic Management with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
