Wu Xiaodong has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of China Oriental Culture Group Limited following the resignation of Ting Pong Ming. Tin will continue his service as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative.
Wu, aged 45, obtained his Master Degree in Accounting from Capital University of Economics and Business and has more than 18 years experiences in auditing, accounting and finance.
He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and had previously been the Chief Financial Officer of Sound Environmental Resources Co., Ltd., a company listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
During 2009 to 2012, he was the executive director and CFO of China Public Procurement Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
