Two Months After Promotion, Li Yuan Leaves China Oilfield Technology Services Group

Li Yuan has resigned as Financial Controller and Company Secretary  of China Oilfield Technology Services Group, which is based in Daqing City in Heilongjiang province. The 33-year-old executive was promoted to the two posts only in May, after the resignation of CFO Wong Yuk in December last year.


The company's board of directors said Li Yuan left "to pursue other career opportunities."


Li Yuan had joined China Oilfield Technology Services in 2010 as finance manager and Wong's deputy, after a four-year stint as Senior Accountant at A.S. Zanettos & Co. Chartered Accountants.
