Yu Tak Wai resigns as CFO of Capital Finance

Hong Kong-Listed Capital Finance Holdings Limited announces that Yu Tak Wai, Winnie has resigned as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from 1 November 2017 due to her other business commitments which require more of her dedication. 

Yu confirmed that she has no claim against the company whatsoever whether in respect of fees, severance payments, expenses, damages, remuneration or compensation for the loss of officeor otherwise and no disagreement with the board and there is no matter in respect of her resignation that ought to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the company.

Saved as disclosed above, the Board is not aware of any other matters relating to the resignation ofYu that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the Shareholders.
