Young CFO Gives Way to Even Younger Successor at C.banner International

Ngan Wing Ho, 42, has resigned as CFO of Hong Kong-listed women’s footwear retailer C.banner International. He has been replaced by Yuan Zhenhua, 35, who was formerly the company’s finance director.

Also an executive director, Yuan is a non-practicing member of China’s Certified Public Accountant Association. He held various positions in the Nanjing Branch of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants from 2005 to 2015. Yan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

A holder of a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Southampton in the UK, Ngan will serve as a non-executive director at C.banner. He previously held posts at ABN AMRO, RBS, UBS and Huatai Financial Holdings.
