Yawen Cui Joins Dianrong as Chief Financial Officer

Dianrong has announced that Yawen Cui has joined the company as the new Chief Financial Officer. Cui replaces Xuxia Kuang who has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Cui is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in Canada and an authority on international and domestic accounting standards and related financial, tax, and auditing regulations and policies.

Prior to joining Dianrong, Cui was CFO of Ali Sports Co. Ltd., where he established corporate financial and internal control systems, and completed the A Round of funding. Before that, he was CFO of AllTech International Group, an international medical equipment manufacturer, and he headed the Investment & Legal Dept. of CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd., where he led the merges of domestic and foreign uranium companies and coordinated public listings on the NASDAQ, Hong Kong, Australian and Toronto Stock Exchanges.

Cui holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a Masters of Mathematical Finance from The University of Hull. He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at The Central University of Finance and Economics.
