Yang Shufeng Named CFO of Hengtou Securities

Yang Shufeng has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Hengtou Securities with effect from 11 October 2016. Yang replaces Wang Haibing who resigned to focus on personal career development.

Yang Shufeng, 43, was appointed as the chief financial officer of the Company with effect from 11 October 2016. Yang joined the company in June 2016. Before joining the company, Yang served as a staff member of the management department and fund department of Aerospace Trust Investment Co., Ltd.  from July 1995 to September 2001.

Yang then worked in CASIC Finance Co., Ltd. and served consecutively as a staff member of the investment department from October 2001 to September 2002, the manager of the clearing department from October 2002 to March 2005, the manager of the risk management department from April 2005 to June 2008 and the chief accountant, general counsel, board secretary and vice president from July 2008 to November 2015.

From November 2015 to June 2016, Yang served as the chief financial officer of Huahao Xinlian (Beijing) Kemao Co., Ltd.

Yang graduated from Renmin University of China with a bachelor degree in international finance in July 1995 and obtained a master degree in economics from Peking University in November 2005 and an executive master degree of business administration from Tsinghua University in July 2010.
