Xu Lianyi is Now CFO of Sunshine 100 China Holdings

Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. has appointed Xu Lianyi  as the Chief Financial Officer with effect from 3 March 2017. Xu replaces Chow Chi Ming who has resigned with effect from 3 March 2017.

Xu, 44, is currently the assistant to the president of the Group, responsible for the Group’s financial affairs.

Xu joined the Group as the audit director of Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in 2007. He acted as the chief accountant of Sunshine 100 Group from March 2011 to December 2015 and the assistant to the president of the Group since December 2015.

Prior to joining the group, Xu worked at Hainan Hong Kong and Macau International Trust Investment Co., Ltd. from July 1994 to September 1995 and served as project manager at Shenzhen Xingmeng Accounting Firm from March 1996 to June 1997, project manager at Beijing Jingdu Certified Public Accountants from February 1998 to August 2001, senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2001 to October 2007.

Xu graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics and obtained college diploma in taxation. Xu possesses professional qualifications of Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Chinese Certified Tax Agent.
