Work-Life Balance Report 2014

Over half of the 571 senior-level executives surveyed conducted by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) place higher value on flexible work schedules as they adjust to the 24/7 work week.

This survey examines the attitudes and thoughts of global executives regarding the quality of their professional and personal lives. It also deals with issues such as career transitions and compensation in relation to achieving work-life balance, including the trade-offs that may be required to get one or the other.
