TravekSky Names New CFO

TravekSky Technology Limited has appointed Li Jinsong as a Vice General Manager and the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Li replaces Sun Yongtao.

Li, aged 47, is a senior engineer. He has successively obtained the bachelor’s degree of engineering, the master’s degree of business administration and the doctor of philosophy degree in law from Tsinghua University.

Li now is a certified public accountant, a lawyer and an arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission. He served as a business manager of the investment management department of China Huaqing Industrial Corporation from August 1990 to September 1995, the general manager of Liaoning Huaqing Inc. from September 1995 to September 2000, and the assistant to general manager of China Huaqing Industrial Corporation from September 2000 to March 2002.

He served as a certified public accountant in the Xinhua Accounting Firm from March 2002 to February 2004, and served as an associate professor and a member of the Academic Committee of Beijing National Accounting Institute from February 2004 to March 2007 (during this period, he was also a visiting researcher in the London School of Economics and Political Science).

In March 2007, he served as the general counsel of China TravelSky Holding Company. From August 2007 to December 2008, he also served as the general manager of the Department of Corporate Audit Monitoring and Law Affairs of China TravelSky Holding Company. From December 2008 to March 2014, Mr. Li served as the general counsel of the Company.

Li served as the chief financial officer of the China Academy of Machinery Science & Technology from March 2014 to September 2016.
