Tat Hong Holdings Appoints Jennie Hong Chok Hane as Group CFO

Tat Hong Holdings Limited has appointed Jennie Hong Chok Hane as Group Chief Financial Officer.  Hong will be responsible for all financial and corporate secretarial matters including corporate finance, strategic financial planning, financial reporting, taxation and treasury management, risk management and investor relations.

Hong joined the company in 2013 as the SVP (Group Finance & Corporate Services) and has been involved in strategic corporate planning, group finance, treasury management, risk management as well as corporate secretarial matters.

Hong has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, tax and treasury management, risk management across wide ranging business sectors including listed government-linked companies. 

Hong is also experienced in debt restructuring and corporate actions including IPOs as well as equity and debt capital raising. 

Hong is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
