Sui Yang Replaces Zhuo Chengwen as CFO of BOC Hong Kong

Sui Yang has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited, following the resignation of Zhuo Chengwen.

Prior to joining the Group, Sui joined Bank of China Limited in April 1997 and, since then, she has assumed various positions in Finance & Accounting Department of BOC.

Sui was Assistant General Manager of Management Information System Centre and Finance & Accounting Department of BOC from August 2006 to March 2007.

She was also Assistant General Manager of MIS Centre of BOC from March 2007 to September 2008, Deputy General Manager of MIS Centre of BOC from September 2008 to March 2011, and Deputy General Manager of Financial Management Department of BOC since March 2011.

She possesses extensive knowledge and experience in financial management. Madam Sui obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the Central University of Finance & Economics (formerly the Central Institute of Finance and Economics).

She is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
