Singapore CFO Moves On After Just Eight Months

Less than a year after becoming CFO of Singapore-listed furniture company Lorenzo International Limited, Tay Teck Meng has stepped down for "personal reasons."

The cessation was reported to the Singapore Exchange on October 31, 2017. Tay was appointed to the position in February this year.

Tay, 38, was previously the Senior Finance Manager of Jing King Tech Group and its subsidiaries (2016). From 2007 to 2014, he worked for Crown Asia Pacific Holdings Ltd. and its subsidaries and subsequently held several positions: Management Accountant, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and eventually Financial Controller.

From 2006 to 2007, Tay was Accountant of Integrated Health Services Division (MOH) and from 2004 to 2006 was Audit Supervisor of Goh Ngiap Suan & Co.
