Silver Base Group Names Chen Xiao Xu as CFO

Hong Kong-listed Silver Base Group Holdings Limited has appointed Chen Xiao Xu as an executive director and the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 14 July 2017. Chen replaces Wang Jindong who has resigned for personal reasons.

Chen, aged 39 joined the Group in December 2009 and had served as the financial manager and chief financial officer of Silver Base Trading and Development (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and was then responsible for, among others, financial accounting, risk management and internal control.

Chen is currently a graduate student of the Nankai University. She graduated from the Changchun Taxation College in 2000 and qualified as a certified public accountant in China in 2004.

Prior to joining the company, she had worked for accounting firms, accounting consulting firms and a foreign-invested resort in Vietnam and was then responsible for auditing and finance related works. She accumulated 17 years of experience in finance related works.
