Shri Shanker Iyer Is New CFO of Bank of India

Bank of India has appointed Shri Shanker Iyer as its General Manager and CFO effecitve January 1, 2017.

A 40-year veteran of the bank, he is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers, and has a Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management and a Diploma in International Banking. Iyer has worked in branches and administrative offices across India's states and has been posted in London and Hong Kong.

Listed on India's National Stock Exchange, Bank of India was founded in 1906 and nationalized in 1969. With assets of US$99.9 billion, it is ranked India's fifth largest commercial bank.
