Hong Kong-listed  Future Bright Mining Holdings Limited has appointed Wu Ho Wai as CFO and company secretary after the resignation of Ho Yuk Ming Hugo from the two positions.

Wu is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also a member of the HKICPA.

Having more than 18 years of experience in accounting and auditing, he’s also the company secretary and an authorized representative of Asia Resources.


Derrick Chan Kwok Yuan, aged 32, has been promoted from senior finance manager to financial controller at Singapore-listed Jason Marine Group Limited. He’s now responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial, and regulatory compliance matters of the group.


Singapore-listed Ryobi Kiso Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of David Chew Hock Lin as CFO.

Aged 42, he’s now responsible for accounting and finance support as well as assisting the CEO and the management team in relation to debt restructuring. He is also a partner at DHC Capital Pte. Ltd.
