NNK Group Announces Appointment of Wong Wai Tung as CFO

Hong Kong-listed NNK Group Limited has appointed Wong Wai Tung as the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 13 September 2017.

The appointment follows the resignation of Ouyang Jiejiao.

Wong, aged 36, has over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management in Hong Kong and China.

Prior to joining the Group, Wong was the financial controller of Dining Concepts Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange, from May 2015 to June 2017, where he was responsible for financial reporting and management, and compliance matters relating to the company.

From July 2010 to May 2015, Wong held senior accounting positions in various sizable companies operating in Hong Kong and the PRC. Prior to that, Wong was an audit manager of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Wong graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor degree in accounting in November 2002.

Wong is currently a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
