MMHE CFO Appointed Interim CEO Effective May 1

Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd's chief financial officer Wan Mashitah Wan Abdullah Sani has been appointed as the interim chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from May 1.

The current CEO Datuk Abu Fitri Abdul Jalil will relinquish his position as managing director & CEO on April 30.

MMHE said the board has initiated a search to identify a new MD/CEO of the company. However, in the interim, Wan Mashitah will be the acting CEO.

Wan Mashitah joined MISC Bhd in 2002 and had served in various capacities before she was appointed as the CFO of MMHE on June 30, 2010.
