Malaysia Smelting Gets a New CFO in Tevanaigam Randy Chitty

Tin miner and smelter Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad, which was founded in 1887, has named Tevanaigam Randy Chitty as its new CFO. He replaces Au Soon Yong, 32, who resigned to pursue "other career opportunity" in December.

Randy, 49, was previously CFO of investment holding company AWC Berhad and Director/Principal Consultant of LeadingAdvantage Consulting. 
A member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Accountants, he once worked as Audit Senior at Ernst & Young before joining Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank in 1993, TA Securities Berhad in 1997, Pancaran Ikrab in 1999 and Bukit Kiara Properties in 2002.
