Lee Man Tai Resigns from China 33; Siu Shing Tak is New CFO

China 33 Media Group Limited announces that Lee Man Tai has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Siu Shing Tak has been appointed to take Lee's place.

Siu, 30, graduated from Walter A. Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 with a bachelor degree in Science in Business Administration.

He is a certified public accountant of American Institute of Certified Public Accountant since 2010. He has over eight years of experience in accounting, auditing and internal control. Before he joined the Group as the group investor director and internal control director in May 2013, he worked in an international auditors firm during which he engaged auditing work of listed companies and initial public offering projects and two listed companies during which he was responsible for the internal audit, internal control and daily financial operation for those companies and assisting those companies in their transactions and compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.
