Eric Jackson Chang Named CFO of ZH International

Eric Jackson Chang has been named Chief Financial Officer of ZH International Holdings Limited following the resignation of Wong Shui Yeung, with effect from 23 September 2016.

Chang, aged 36, is an existing executive director, joint company secretary and an authorized representative of the company.

Chang worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. Hong Kong for over 10 years.

Chang provided audit and consulting services to a number of listed companies during his tenure of office in PwC.

Chang received his bachelor of commerce degree from University of British Columbia and is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
