e-Future Appoints Ping Yu as Chief Financial Officer

eFuture Informational Technology , a provider of software and mobile social shopping network services to China’s retail and consumer goods industries, has announced the appointment of Ping Yu as Chief Financial Officer effective October 10 who replaces Adam Yan, chairman and CEO of eFuture, who was acting CFO since May 14, 2013.

Yu was CFO of eFuture from January 2007 to July 2010 and served as a director for the Company from January 2007 and the member and Chairman of the audit committee of eFuture from March 2014.

Yu’s strong financial and accounting experience and in-depth knowledge of eFuture make her the ideal person to lead eFuture’s finance function.

In the past, Yu was CFO of Prudent Energy and before that, she was CFO of Lentuo International and led a successful NYSE IPO in 2010. She also worked as an auditor and consultant with Golf & Wrobleski in New York with additional experience in banking and real estate industries.

Yu received her bachelor’s degree at Hubei University and her master’s degree in business administration at Rutgers University. She is also a certified accountant in the United States.
