CNQC International Appoints Chan Tat Hung as CFO

CNQC International Holdings Limited has appointed Chan Tat Hung as as the company secretary of the company, the Chief Financial Officer of the company and an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules with effect from 29 May 2017.

Chan Tat Hung replaces Ng Yiu Fai.

Chan, aged 44, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in professional accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Chan has more than 20 years of experience in financing, auditing and accounting.  Chan is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
