Chow Chi Ming is Now CFO of Sunshine 100 China Holdings

Chow Chi Ming has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and the Joint Company Secretary of Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd with effect from 18 March 2016. Chow replaces Du Hongwei who has resigned due to changes in internal job arrangements.

Du will remain as Group Vice President and will be assigned to other positions.

Chow, aged 53, graduated from the Institute of Textiles and Clothing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Andrews University in Michigan, the United States of America, and obtained a master’s degree in business administration.

On 1 January 2016, Chow joined the group as Group Vice President. Prior to joining the group, Chow served as an independent investment advisor to a number of private equity funds, assisting clients to make equity investments in companies in the real estate, consumer and medical sectors (some of which were preparing for listings on the Stock Exchange).

Chow served as Managing Director of (Beijing Rui Xi Ling Hang Investment Management Limited) and also worked at Dexter Specialty Materials H.K. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Dexter Asia Pacific Limited) and RBC Dominion Securities.

Chow was also an independent adviser to the company in 2005.
