Chang Eric Jackson Named CFO of Culture Landmark

Culture Landmark Investment Limited has appointed Chang Eric Jackson as Company Secretary, the Chief Financial Officer and the Authorized Representative of the Company with effect from 1 April 2017.

Jackson replaces Cheung Hung Kwong who has resigned to devote more time to his personal career development.

Chang, age 36, will be responsible for the Company’s financial reporting, financial management, investor relations and corporate secretarial functions.

Chang has over 14 years of experience in accounting, finance and business advisory work. Before joining the company, Chang was the executive director, chief financial officer, company secretary and authorized representative of ZH International Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.

Prior to that, Chang also worked as the chief financial officer of a sizable PRC-based property development company and as a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Chang received his bachelor of commerce degree from University of British Columbia in May 2002. He is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
