Chan Shiu Kwong Stephen Resigns From Neptune Group; Lam Yick Man Appointed Financial Controller

Chan Shiu Kwong Stephen has resigned as an executive Director, the chief financial officer, the company secretary and an authorized representative of Neptune Group Limited.

Following Chan’s resignation, the company appointed Lam Yick Man as the company secretary, the financial controller, and an authorized representative with effect from 1 February 2017.

Lam has over 10 years of extensive professional experience in the fields of accounting, finance and auditing. Prior to joining the group, he worked for international accounting firms and other listed companies in Hong Kong.

He holds a Master degree in Corporate Governance with distinction from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Lingnan University.

He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an ordinary member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

He has also been awarded a Diploma in Certified International Investment Analyst from the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts.
