Chan Chee Kin Resigns as CFO of Midas Holdings

Midas Holdings Limited has announced that Chan Chee Kin has tendered his resignation and ceased to act as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 30 June 2016 for personal reasons and to pursue other interests.

Chan confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and there is nothing relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or to the shareholders of the company.

The company is currently seeking a suitable replacement for Chan.

Liaw Kok Feng, the Company's Financial Controller, will assume the responsibilities of    Chan until the new CFO comes on board.
