This is the third Deloitte Southeast Asia CFO survey report, focusing on the performance and capability gaps for the talent in the finance functions.
As we know the CFOs role is no longer only to manage the finance of a company. Today's CFOs are expected to take on more challenging roles to help shape the overall business strategy and direction. Therefore today's CFOs need a strong finance team, securing high-performing talent.
The survey shows that "drive for results" is ranked as the most important skill for talent in the organisation in the next five years. The most common talent practice is the implementation of the performance management process, drive feedback, development and business values.
