4 Competencies for the Modern CFO

Steward, operator, strategist and catalyst are four thematic areas of what the modern CFO embodies based on a study conducted by Queen’s University in collaboration with Chartered Professional Accounts of Ontario, Canada (CPAC).

According to the research, mapping out areas of personal strengths and weaknesses and a focus on self-awareness will provide guidance towards what the modern CFO can bring to the organization.
