T&E in Hong Kong: Mobile Adoption Drives Demand For Travel And Expense Management Applications

A recent Forrester’s Forrsights Workforce Employee Survey found 71% of information workers surveyed in Greater China, including Hong Kong, use smartphones for work during a typical day, while 33% use tablet devices -- compared with 46% and 18% respectively, across the Asia Pacific.
This Forrester survey commissioned by Concur examines mobile adoption trends and workforce requirement trends in Hong Kong. This survey reveals that smart mobile devices are essential to business in medium to large enterprises and that the workforce in enterprises needs mobile applications to address travel and expense (T&E) management challenges.
