Sung Ting Yee Redesignated as CFO of Ming Kei Holdings

Sung Ting Yee has been redesignated from her position as a Group Financial Controller to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Ming Kei Holdings Limited with effect from 2 July 2013.

 

Yee holds a bachelor's degree of arts (Honours) in accountancy from the Birmingham City University (formerly known as University of Central England in Birmingham), United Kingdom. She is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing and internal audit in both Hong Kong and the PRC respectively and previously worked in an international CPA firm as an audit manager and a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange as an internal audit manager.

 

Prior to joining to the company, Sung was a finance manager of the China Mining Resources Group Limited which is a company incorporated in the Bermuda with limited liability which listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange. Sung is CFO of the Group. Sung is the Financial Controller and an Executive Director of the Newtree and the Company Secretary and the CFO of Colors Securities Limited and Colors Commodities Limited respectively.
