South Korea Cuts Import Tariffs

South Korea will reduce the import tariffs on 67 products to tackle inflation, reports Tax-News.com.

 

The products include children’s clothes and baby strollers, flour and cooking oil.

 

The government earlier this year reduced the tariffs on 57 items. For 2011, the  the Ministry of Strategy and Finance has decided to retain the reduced duties on 43 of those products, while adding 24 items to the list, says Tax-News.com.
