Singapore's GDP Grows 32%

Singapore's gross domestic product grew 32.1% in the first quarter of 2010, recuperating from a 2.8% fall in the fourth quarter of the previous year, says the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

 

According to the ministry, the island nation's economy grew 13.1% in the first quarter from the same period a year ago. Meanwhile, the ministry has raised its 2010 GDP forecast to between 7% and 9%.
