Investments in peace-building institutions such as health care, education and job creations lead to the development of economic prosperity, says The 2014 Global Peace Index (GPI), a report produced by The Institute of Economics and Peace (IEP).  

By creating more peaceful societies, you create the “virtual cycle of peace,” which is already present in today’s most peaceful countries. Having peaceful societies results in optimizing human potential -- and allows businesses to flourish as well.
