Ossen Innovation Appoints New CFO

Ossen Innovation Co., Ltd., a China-based manufacturer of an array of plain surface, rare earth and zinc coated pre-stressed steel materials, announced that Feng Peng will assume the position as Ossen's Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2013, replacing Alan Jin, the Company's current CFO, who has decided to leave the company and pursue other interest.


Jin will serve as a consultant to Ossen during the transition period, helping the company complete its 2012 audit and annual report.


Peng has almost a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including extensive capital markets experience in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to joining Ossen, he was a Senior Vice President at MZ Group, where he worked with over a dozen U.S.-listed companies and several pre-IPO companies to provide strategic communication and advisory services. He also maintained strong relationships with many U.S. and Asia investment banks, analysts and institutional investors, with a special emphasis on Asia based institutional investors.


Prior to that, Peng served at various capacities at Thomson Financial and Citigroup. Peng earned a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
