The Open Talent Economy: People and Work in a Borderless Workplace

According to this report from Deloitte the open talent is not a fad or a reaction for change; it is a part of the change. Therefore businesses must rethink talent as an expense, and instead understand that it is an asset and should be managed as a strategic investment.

The report states that people move more freely than ever across organizations as well as continents today, and businesses expect agility, scale and the right skills to be available faster than ever. Companies need to take advantage of the opportunities the open talent economy provides. Open talent is a change for the better, if you are ready for it.

Find out your organization’s starting point to become a full participant in the open economy talent by answering these questions:
  • How open is the talent economy in your organization?
  • On which balance sheet do your employees reside?
