Midas Holdings CFO Resigns

Tan Kai Teck has tendered his resignation and ceased to act as the Chief Financial Officer of Midas Holdings Limited with effect from 21 August 2013 to pursue other personal interests.

 

The company's Financial Controller will assume the responsibilities of Tan until the new CFO comes on board.

 

Tan is a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Tan holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (Second Upper Class Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University.
