State of the Non-Profit Finance Function

This report from ACCA is covering the importance of finance function in a non-profit organisation, however, often neglected. Mostly not-for-private-profit organisations are set up to serve a social purpose, which also is the driving force of the organisation.

The findings of this research show that there is recognition across non-profit organisations that the finance function should play a driving role, as it does in the commercial sector. Good financial management enables and preserves the social function.
