Hong Kong Office Rents Are Three Times More Expensive Than Those in Singapore

Scarce supply in Hong Kong’s Central area has pushed up office rents to three times more than those in Singapore where there is ample supply of office space, especially in the Marina Bay area, according to Cushman & Wakefield Inc.

The significant gap in office rents has boosted Singapore’s appeal as a competitive business hub and made it a more attractive location for companies to house their regional headquarters, says the commercial real estate services company.
