Lim Kai Ching is new CFO of Uni-Asia Finance Corp.

Uni-Asia Finance Corp., an an alternative investment company based in Hong Kong, has appointed Lim Kai Ching as the new Chief Financial Officer.

 

The Group is shifting the financial reporting functions from Hong Kong to Singapore so as to integrate with the functions currently carried out in Singapore including financial planning (including fund raising), corporate planning (including budgeting) and investor relations. In this regard, Lim, who is based in Singapore, is appointed to take over the duties of Ng, who was the Chief Financial Officer based in Hong Kong.

 

Lim joined the Group as Senior Vice President - Finance in June 2011.

 

Prior to joining the company, he was Client Relationship Manager at State Street Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd from February 2009 to May 2011.

 

From April 2008 to January 2009, he was Financial Controller of Haikui Pte Ltd.
