KPMG's Maggie Wen Jieping moves to Yashili International Holdings Ltd.

Yashili International Holdings Ltd. has appointed Wen Jieping, Maggie as a Joint Chief Financial Officer. Chan Shing Yee, Joseph, the CFO, will remain as the other joint CFO of the company.


Wen will be primarily responsible for internal financial controlling and investor relation management. Chan will be primarily responsible for the group’s overseas acquisitions and international business development initiatives.


Prior to Wen’s appointment, Wen was the department head and a senior manager of the audit department of KPMG (Guangzhou office). She has worked at KPMG (Guangzhou Office) from September 2001 to May 2011, in a range of positions including department head, senior manager and staff accountant. She graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a combined bachelor degree in International Commerce English and Accounting in 2001.


Wen is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
