Kamei to Banks, Big Firms: Be Nice to Small Businesses

To help recession-hit small businesses to get back on their feet, Japan's top financial-services regulator, Shizuka Kamei, has promised to ease capital rules for lenders to small businesses and to put pressure on big companies that set tough terms with smaller suppliers, reports The Wall Street Journal.
