James Ng is CFO of EMS Energy

James Ng, 42, has been appointed chief financial officer of EMS Energy Limited.


Ng has been in the accounting profession for 18 years with several years undertaking senior management roles for listed companies. From 1999 to 2001, he was the regional financial controller for Asia Pulp and Paper Limited responsible for the finance, accounting and treasury functions of the group in Europe. He was the senior finance manager of Sembawang Marine Offshore Engineering from 2001 to 2004 and the financial vontroller of GRP Limited in 2005 to 2006. Prior to joining the Group, he was the financial controller of Global Industries Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.


Ng holds a bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and is a certified public accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
