J.P. Morgan Appoints Dianne Challenor Asia-Pacific Head of Transaction Services

J.P. Morgan has appointed Dianne Challenor as Head of Transaction Services (cash management, liquidity, and escrow services) for Asia-Pacific.

 

Challenor joins J.P. Morgan after a 13-year career at Citi where she held several senior roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Citi’s Transaction Bank in Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong.

 

Challenor was part of Citi’s Executive Committee in Asia which is responsible for the key overall direction of the business, and worked to support the region head of GTS on key initiatives.

 

Challenor was with Citi from 2000. Her previous positions included regional head of global payments and receivables, treasury and trade solutions, head of cash management and trade services for Citi Australia and e-solutions manager for Citi Australia responsible for developing e-commerce solutions;

 

Before joining Citi, she worked for Hewlett Packard and SAS Institute in sales and sales management roles with the majority of her client base in the financial services industry in Australia.

 

Challenor holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from University of Western Sydney (Australia).

 

In her new role at J.P. Morgan, Challenor will drive the Transaction Services franchise forward in Asia Pacific, working in partnership with the local, regional and global
teams – including valued business partners across sales, service, corporate banking, operations, technology, risk, compliance and legal.
