Investment Climate Not Worsening, Reassures Wen

At a meeting with business leaders from Germany, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao declared that allegations that China's investment environment is worsening is untrue, reports the China Daily.

Quoting Wen, the Daily says that the government will make sure that foreign investors that meet industry policies have access to the Chinese market.

"Those that have entered China all enjoy national treatment, as do Chinese companies, whether they are a foreign-funded company, a joint venture or a joint stock company," said Wen during the meeting.

Germany and China have signed 10 deals that include green energy, culture and a joint venture to manufacture trucks, notes the Daily.
