Hong Leong Asia Ltd. Names Goh Cher Shua as CFO

Goh Cher Shua is the new Chief Financial Officer of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. Goh replaces Hoh Weng Ming who has transferred to China Yuchai International Limited, a New York listed subsidiary of the company, to assume the position of President.

 

Goh will be responsible for all financial matters of the Company which includes financial reporting, strategic financial planning, treasury and internal controls.

 

Prior to Goh joining Hong Leong, he held the position of Financial Controller of UTAC Dongguan Ltd since January 2011.

 

From November 2009 to December 2010, he was a Director of CS Business Consultancy Pte Ltd.

 

Prior to that, he held various senior management positions in companies listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited as follows:

 

- From March 2009 to October 2009 as Senior Manager, Corporate Finance of Amara Holdings Ltd;

 

- From September 2005 to February 2009 as Chief Financial Officer of China Printing & Dyeing Holding Limited;

 

- From March 2004 to May 2005 as Senior Vice President, Finance of Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd; and

 

- From August 2002 to March 2004 as Chief Financial Officer of Superior Multi-Packaging Ltd
