GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Names New CFO

GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited has appointed Charles Yeung Man Chung as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 1 May 2014.


Yeung, aged 46, served as a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and has been a Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. When he left Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in March 2014, he was the Head of Corporate Finance Advisory Services, Southern China.


Yeung has a Bachelor of Business degree with major in accounting and he is also a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and The Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management.


Yeung is responsible for the financial control and reporting, corporate finance, tax and risk management of the company and its subsidiaries.
