Fuxing China Group Limited has appointed Koh Choon Kong as its chief financial officer.
Koh Choon Kong started his career with Price Waterhouse in 1995 and after serving for three years, he moved to Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Limited on the asset management side. His last held position was Assistant Regional Financial Controller for Asia. He then joined ICH as financial controller and helped start ICH Capital as its Vice President from 2001 to 2002. He founded KRN Warren Advisors end 2002 to work on corporate financial consulting projects and training/educational services.
He joined China Sunsine Chemical Holdings Ltd. in November 2006 to help prepare for its IPO, which was successfully achieved in July 2007. He has been serving as its Group CFO for the last 3 years. He will be appointed non-executive director on the Board of China Sunsine upon leaving fulltime employment on 15 November 2009, as well as a member of the audit committee.
