From Distressed to De-stressed

48% of respondents, business people globally, to Regus’ latest global survey say that their stress levels from work had risen over the past year, and 63% believe that flexible working practices could cut the stress.

 
Key Findings:
  • The main triggers for stress identified globally are work (59%), finances (44%) and customers or clients (37%);

 

  • 63% report that flexible working is one way of reducing stress;

 

  • 41% feel that flexible working is lower cost than traditional office working;

 

  • 77% of respondents think that flexible working also helps improve productivity.
